Our preferred shipping partners are Sendle and Australia Post and trust them to take the upmost care to deliver your gift in line with expectations.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure on time and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft, damage or a gift not arriving at a certain time or place.

Delivery delays may occur during periods of high demand, seasonal periods and in areas impacted by natural disasters.

Should there be any issues with the delivery process, we will endeavour to resolve it, however we are at the behest of our delivery partners and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched and will include an estimated delivery date. Please note that this date is an estimate only, it is not guaranteed and may be subject to change in accordance with our shipping partners.


Authority to Leave

In the event your gift is unable to be handed to the recipient, we provide our shipping partners with an Authority to Leave. This provides permission for the gift, where possible, to be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place, a calling card will be left outlining collection instructions or how to arrange redelivery.

Should you wish for us not to issue an Authority to Leave, please include this within the Special Instructions of your order.
