Refunds & Returns

We strive to provide gifts that spread joy and happiness, however there maybe times when things don’t go to plan.

If there are any issues with your order, please email us at hello@artisanhamperco.com.au with all the relevant details and, where possible, please provide photos or any other information that will help us understand and resolve the situation.

All return requests must be made within 14  days after the gift has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as they were received, be unopened and in their original packaging.

All refunds for orders placed via our website will be remitted via the original payment method used and may take up to five business days to process.
