Shipping policy
Our preferred shipping partners are Sendle and Australia Post and trust them to take the upmost care to deliver your gift.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure on time and safe delivery there can be unforeseen circumstances which cause delays, in particular during periods of high demand, and in areas impacted by natural disasters.
We will always endeavour to resolve it any shipping issues and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Standard Delivery (FREE) - approximate times
- VIC / NSW / QLD / SA / TAS: 2 - 5 business days
- FNQ / WA / NT: 4 - 9 business days
Express Delivery ($15) - approximate times
- VIC / NSW / QLD / SA / TAS: Victoria: 1 - 3 business days
- FNQ / WA / NT: 3 - 5 business days
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched and will include an estimated delivery date. Please note that this date is an estimate only and may be subject to change.
Authority to Leave
In the event your gift is unable to be handed to the recipient, we provide our shipping partners with an Authority to Leave. This provides permission for the gift, where possible, to be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place, a calling card will be left outlining collection instructions or how to arrange redelivery.
Should you wish for us not to issue an Authority to Leave, please include this within the Special Instructions of your order.
